1. Tour Eligibility:

Homes must be active listings in the MLS.

Listings must be within Union County or closely surrounding areas.

Only one home per agent per tour unless otherwise approved by the Tour Committee.
-
Home must be open and accessible at the scheduled tour time.
2. Submitting a Home:
-
Submit your home by Tuesday at 5 PM for the upcoming Thursday tour.
-
Include: address, list price, agent name, office, and any showing instructions or special notes.

All requests to add a home on tour must complete the 'Home Tour' form via MARA website at: www.MARYSVILLEAREA.com - click on top 'Home Tours' tab.

You must be a paid MARA member to place a home on tour or attend MARA meetings. Please visit www.MARYSVILLEAREA.com to join.
3. Meeting Time & Location:

We meet every 2nd & 4th Thursday at 8:45 AM at Boston’s Restaurant in Marysville. Address: 1099 Lydia Drive, Marysville, OH 43040

Tours begin promptly at 9:30 AM after the meeting.

Be on time — late arrivals disrupt the flow of the tour.
4. Attendance Expectations:

If you submit a home for tour, you are expected to:
-
Attend the entire tour (all homes).
-
Be present at your listing to speak about the home.
-
If you can’t attend, you must have another licensed agent stand in for you.
-

Repeated no-shows or early exits may result in future tour restrictions.
-
Please respect the breakfast sponsor(s) and refrain from promoting your business during the breakfast.
-
Be respectful of timing, if you have an item to address during a tour meeting, please consult with a member of the tour committee or MARA leadership.

Breakfast sponsors pick up the bill at the end of the meeting. OPTIONAL: please bring CASH and leave a tip for our server(s) who come in early and have a large mess to clean-up.

To respect those who sponsor, all members must order from the Boston's Pizza & Restaurant that was created for the MARA group to help keep costs to a minimum. If you wish to place a meal order that is NOT on the provided menu, please pay this separately on your own.
5. Conduct During Tour:
-
Respect the seller’s home — no eating, drinking, or using restrooms.

Keep conversations professional and quiet while inside the home.
-
Please refrain from negative feedback in the presence of others — save comments for follow-up discussion.
-
Homes may have video/audio surveillance, refrain from comments and poor behavior.
6. Raffles & Promotions:

If a 50/50 raffle is being held, bring cash!
-
Must attend the full meeting and tour to participate in drawings or promotions.
7. Feedback & Networking:
-
Provide constructive feedback to listing agents after the tour.
-
Use the tour time to build relationships, support fellow agents, and stay current on local inventory.
8. Rule Changes or Updates:
- Rules are subject to change at the discretion of the Tour Committee.
